Terms are not a hospitality brochure. They state the floor, the payment rhythm and the line between a production launch and a fantasy quote someone will regret in month two.
Launch floor
From €3,000 to production
The floor buys a working site with the launch kit configured — not a moodboard, not a “we will add the rest later” placeholder.
Affiliate Launch Pack projects start at €3,000 once access and scope are ready. On Polish billing, that is roughly PLN 13,000 at the invoice rate — not a coupon-site number pulled from a forum thread. Custom work, extra languages and ongoing care are quoted from the written scope after discovery.
What the floor covers
Affiliate Launch Pack
Two Affiliate Launch Pack lines exist — iGaming catalogue or Sport Predictions. The floor covers one chosen line, configured for your market and content model.
Launch kit plugins
Catalogue or predictions pipeline, affiliate relations where the brief needs them, media optimisation and the editorial tools the launch actually uses.
Typical 1–2 week delivery
Once hosting, lawful data access and scope lock are in place. Waiting on client silence is not part of that clock.
Payment rhythm
50 / 30 / 20 — no surprise invoice at the door
Milestone billing keeps both sides honest. “Pay everything upfront and hope” is a different business model.
50% — scope signed
Due when the written scope and acceptance checks are agreed. Build does not start on vibes.
30% — staging accepted
Due when the agreed launch scope passes review on staging. “Looks fine on my laptop” is not staging.
20% — launch handover
Due at production handover of the operating paths your editors will touch.

Free in the kit. Pro where repeaters matter.
We ship and configure the base kit. Pro licences are client-owned unless the proposal explicitly includes them.
ACF Pro — required for real launches
Repeaters and structured fields are not optional decoration on a publishing system. Budget the Pro licence or budget rebuilding the same data in five meta boxes and a prayer.
Yoast SEO (+ Pro recommended)
Free Yoast ships in the base kit. Pro is recommended when redirects, multiple keyphrases or heavier schema control are part of the operating model.
Wordfence (+ Pro recommended)
Free Wordfence in the base kit. Pro is recommended on production hosts you actually intend to keep alive.
After launch
Support is not hidden inside launch
Updates, monitoring, new features and editorial training after handover sit under care — quoted separately. Launch support is not unlimited free labour wearing a friendly emoji.
Hard no
Hard no
Full custom sites under the launch floor. Copied content farms scaled for search spam. Shared donor API keys. One delivery cloned onto a dozen domains without a licence. “Just make it like that site by Friday” when discovery never happened. If that is the brief, you are not our client — and that is cleaner than a polite maybe.
